Accepted Answer

Serene Properties markets residential land within Eldoret and the surrounding areas of Uasin Gishu County, including Elgon View, Kimumu, Mwanzo, Kipkenyo, Kiplombe, Marura (Koshyn), Marura and Illula. Each project is listed on this website with its plot size, the number of units and the units still available.

Question 2

What properties does Serene Properties offer?

Accepted Answer

We currently offer residential land in eighth-acre and quarter-acre plots, as well as larger parcels subdivided into units, such as the three-acre Elgon View project of six units. Every listing shows the information our sales team has confirmed; anything not yet confirmed is marked as such rather than estimated.

Question 4

How can I enquire about a property?

Accepted Answer

Open the property page and use the enquiry form, or contact our sales agent Godwin Kiprono directly using the call, WhatsApp or email buttons. Tell us the area, plot size and budget you have in mind and we respond with the units that match.

Question 5

How can I arrange a property viewing?

Accepted Answer

Choose Book Viewing on any property page. The enquiry form opens with viewing intent already selected, so you only need your name, phone number and preferred contact method. Our agent then agrees a date with you and walks the plot with you on site.

Question 6

What should I consider when choosing property in Eldoret?

Accepted Answer

Visit the plot in person and confirm the boundaries on the ground, check road access in the rainy season, review the title documents with your advocate, and confirm what the plot size and payment terms include in writing before you commit. We are happy to walk through each of these steps with you.
